Reboot the streaming computer. This is always the first step!

If the stream is still down...

• Check that you can get to a few websites from the streaming computer, if you can't, fix your internet connection.
• Check that you have an audio cable plugged into the streaming computer.
• If you've done these steps and you still have no stream, give us a call.
