Programming Scheduling Date: May 16, 2020 Posted by: Vickii Category: Programming Login to the Customer Control Panel and go to Programming From there you have two options in the navigation menu on the left side. Scheduling - Schedule new events Schedule Management - View/edit/delete events that are already scheduled Scheduling Select from the Event Type drop down Add a title for the event (the title needs to be different for each schedule you add) If you want a description you can add one here also Then select if you want the event to be one time or recurring Then click Next If you selected One Time: Click on Starting date to select a date from the calendar Type in the hour and minute of the day you want it to start (and if it's AM or PM) Enter a duration in hours and minutes Then click Save Event *Contact us to schedule events longer than 99 hours in duration.* If you selected Recurring: Choose if you want the event to happen every day, week days only, weekend days only, or on a specific day each week from the drop down menu Type in the hour and minute of the day you want it to start (and if it's AM or PM) Enter a duration in hours and minutes Then click Save Event *Contact us to schedule events longer than 99 hours in duration.* Note: For schedule additions, deletions, and edits to happen, your encoder MUST be running. The events are sent directly to the encoder at the time you are working on them, so if it's not running, the encoder will not know about the event. Schedule Management To see a list of your saved events, go to Schedule Management on the left and then click Search. From there you will be able to edit, delete, or disable/enable any saved events.
