Full Census Reports
On the Reporting tab, first check to see which days your station has data available for. The dates for which data has been received is indicated on the panel by green dots. If you have at least two weeks worth of data, fill out the information at the top of the page.
Then you can scroll down, select the date range you want the report to include and enter an email address for the report to be sent to. If you are reporting under the new rules, you need to enter dates for a complete month. If you are reporting under the old rules, you need to report for two weeks of each quarter. Then click the Prepare Quarterly Report button.

Once you have clicked the Prepare Quarterly Report button, a message will appear confirming that the report was sent to the email address you entered. This message will also tell you the Sound Exchange email address that the report needs to be forwarded to.
