Sound Exchage Monthly Report
To calculate a monthly report, you will start at the Mo. Wizard tab. This tab lets you choose the month you are trying to calculate. If we have song data for your station, you should see the following window:

If we do not have song data for your station, you can enter it manually. To do this, you enter the number of songs played each out for each day. The hours start out with 0-1 being midnight to 1am. Then you Apply Wizard Data to Songs Table to save the information.

Then you can either click Go to Songs Data Table button or you can just Navigate to the Mo. Songs table tab. This table will show you your song data for the month selected. If you would like to switch months, you will need to select the month from the drop down menu and click Update Report Period. If you need to make any changes to the data, you just change the numbers in the table and then click Save Song Data. Once you are happy with the table data, click the Calculate button. Please note, if you have syndication, we will need the song logs for those syndicates. Once we have that, the song data is automatically entered into this table. Data contained in those boxes is not changeable.
